I employed Lianne 2 years ago to help care for my father who had dementia, my mother had been looking after him but unfortunately she suffered a break down and was in hospital. Lianne was brilliant from word go, she was warm, friendly, understanding and empathetic, She put myself and my father at ease the minute she arrived at the house. Her understanding and knowledge of dementia was amazing she could defuse a situation with my dad instantly. Lianne was a fantastic support to not only my father but also my mother who she visited on a regular basis and also to myself when I found I was not coping to well with the situation I was in. I would highly recommend Cariad Care, very friendly and professional.

I cannot recommend Cariad Care enough. From the very first phone call we have received a personalised service for my mother, where both clients and carers fell cared and valued. They go out of their way to make sure that the client and carer are matched accordingly to benefit the working relationship runs smoothly, I feel that my mum has not just meet new carers, but meet new friends who bring help and happiness into her life. I would highly recommend Cariad Care, We as a family have never had to organise or deal with any type of care for our parents before. We were told about Lianne from a friend, so we rung to discuss our parent’s needs, Lianne was very friendly and professional from the start, she asked all the right questions and then arranged an appointment where she could come out to visit us at home to go through all out requirements and to meet our parents so she could get a feel for their personalities, to match them better with the carers that would come out to help them with their daily lives. I have to say Lianne is a very warm and caring person who put us all at ease, she explained the whole process with us and how things would progress from the start. The cares that she selected were totally amazing with our parents, they never once tried to take over, just helped them to live their lives as independently as possible with a little help and support.
