As a provider we can work with you to establish what needs you have and what we can provide, we will work very closely with you to understand what’s important for you to maintain your lifestyle and home.
We will select the correct support worker(s) who best suits your needs or requirements, and arrange the service using those support worker(s) to provide the continuity that will enable you to build a trusting friendship giving you the reassurance and peace of mind.
The carer’s that have been chosen to assist you will not come in to your home and try to take over, they are there to support you to achieve your future goals, continue with your hobbies and any outside activities, attend personal appointments, prepare and cook nutritional balanced meals, help with laundry and housekeeping, or just sit and chat over a cup of tea.
